Upper Blepharoplasty:
The incision is placed precisely within the tarsal crease — a natural fold in the upper eyelid that conceals the incision completely once healed. This allows Dr. Antun to remove excess skin and refine the eyelid contour without visible scarring, restoring a defined and youthful upper eyelid platform.
Lower Blepharoplasty:
Performed through a transconjunctival approach, where the incision is made inside the eyelid — making it 100% scarless. This technique allows precise removal or repositioning of fat pads to smooth under-eye puffiness and shadows without disrupting the external skin or muscle. Recovery
